Why use D3 to optimize your direct marketing?

Reason 1

More than ever, direct marketing depends on data. And a marketer who can best optimize their DM data will avoid risks and drive the best possible results.

Reason 2

You want a collaborator with the technology and expertise to rigorously and reliably cleanse, optimize and analyze your DM data and mine out actionable insights, so you can maximize the impact of your direct marketing.

Reason 3

Since 2001, D3 has given direct marketers the benefit of our best-in-class data optimization platform, pre-built architecture, superior account service and data science expertise. So you can simply “plug-and-play” superior data optimization into your campaigns and drive better ROI.

Single-minded focus

At D3, we’re focused on one thing: optimizing your direct marketing data. We’re not a data management firm or list vendor. We’ve got just one mission, and we’re committed to being great at it. Giving you the best possible DM data, so you can maximize campaign ROI.

A totally turnkey resource

We act as a “third department” that’s an extension of your Marketing and IT teams. Just switch D3 on and instantly start benefiting from your new “department’s” capabilities, including our D3 Campaign Engine and its pre-built architecture and data resources.

Collaborative customer service

By dedicating an expert Account Manager, Data Analyst, Quality Assurance Specialist and Engineer to your needs, we ensure boutique-level attention and seamless communication at every step of every project.

Accuracy

We do things right, applying the most advanced data optimization engine and expertise available, so expensive targeting mistakes are avoided.

Reliability

Quality of data has to go hand-in-hand with timely campaign execution. That’s why we don’t miss file due dates, so you don’t miss out on potential revenue.

The D3 team

Michael Concannon, CEO

Michael Concannon

CEO

Michael has an affinity for ‘3’ – he’s an active triathlete, has three children, is in his third decade of working with data, and founded three companies, including D3.  Originally an industrial psychologist, he may have an insight – or three? – into this.

“A partner invests in a long-term relationship and will go the extra mile.  A vendor is short-term and profit-focused.  The difference comes from the top – and we strive to be a partner for clients.”

“Our team focuses on the ‘little’ things that make the ‘big’ things possible for our clients – like determining the necessary number of touches to drive a response.”
